Welcome again for Tasty Tuesday; once again I have another very easy recipe to share with you and that is not an exageration. Cake Cookies are so yummy and crazy easy to make. I got this recipe from my friend Mindy who always brought them to bible study and everyone loved them.
First mix 1 box of cake mix, 1/2 cup of oil, 2 eggs
If you want to add chocolate chips, any nuts, peanut butter chips, etc..... do that now! (Yellow cake is way yummy w/ some chocolate chips added!)
Place on a cookie sheet...they will seem very greasy. For those like myself that like to "try" to make things healthier and use applesauce in cakes, brownies, cookies..... Go ahead and try it but here we prefer the oil....but of course right? If you do use applesauce you may need to cook them a little longer, they don't seem to setup as well.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes
DONE! Yes it's that easy!

I love cake mix cookies - I would have never thought to add peanut butter to the batter - great idea!
