Tasty Tuesday/Crockpot Chicken

Hello everyone, I've got another recipe that I found on Pinterest linked back to this site The Larson Lingo...it's as easy as you can imagine!

Ingredients:
Bag of Chicken 2.5-3lb bag
8oz pkg of Cream Cheese
Can of Black Beans (Drained and Rinsed)
Can of Corn (Drained)
Can of Rotel

Combine Everuthing on top of chicken in crockpot

Cook on low 6-8 hours (Stir about every 2 hours)
Let sit in crockpot 30-45 minutes while turned off (Tickens while standing, you can leave chicken  in one piece or shred)

Serve over rice or in tortilla

Our reviews...it wasn't all we hoped it would be.  We tried it served over rice and then as left overs we put it on tortillas.  Very bland.... once we put taco sauce on it it was much better.  It was super easy to make though....just put everything in and thats it!

  1. Ohh!! I love making salsa chicken in the crock pot, I never thought to add these other ingredients!! Maybe a spicier salsa might make it have more flavor??

    1. There was a slight spice to it so yeah a spicier salsa may help but I think it needed more than spice....taco sauce did wonders though!
